I was impressed that the exterminator came out so quickly after being called about the bees 🐝 he was professional, explained what he was going to do, told me to cal back if the problem continued but he came back within 3/4 days to check & did another treatment to make sure the bees 🐝 were gone. I wasn’t expecting him to come back without getting a call…I definitely appreciated that.

We called to have a termite inspection as we had found some in dead wood near our house. They were able to come out within 2 weeks and did a full inspection and didn’t find anything. The inspector was helpful and professional and didn’t seem disappointed that we didn’t need further work.I would go to them again for any pest control needs and recommend them to others.

It was easy to schedule a termite inspection by Harbor Pest Control. The employee was experienced and knowledgeable about termite types and (Drywood and Subterranean) and the specific treatments for each type. I received an immediate quote for each treatment, which was very helpful.

We have used this service for many years and have found them to be reliable and consistent. They are mindful of pets and will give you advance notice so you can plan ahead. If you have a problem though, it can take several days to get a technician out.

Subterranean termite extermination was performed. Unfortunately, it took almost a week before all the flying termites stopped coming up thru the floor into our living room. We were told it would only occur for a 48 hour period.Otherwise, the service was excellent that included a modified second treatment along with an examination of the area under the house. So far so good!

Juan has been great! I was hearing eerie noises under the floor of my bedroom when I called Harbor. Juan came out and he set traps under the house and will seal off potential points of entry next week. He's been coming twice a week to check the traps. We've caught 2 small ones and that may be it as the traps were empty yesterday! I can sleep in my bedroom at night again!

I had a rat problem in 2014 and Kevin came out and did an excellent job excluding the rats and setting traps. Problem solved quickly and at a fair price. Fast forward to 2021 and one of the crawl space doors had become loose and I had a rat again. The crawl space door had been damaged during some plumbing work, so no fault of Harbor Pest control and their excellent workmanship. Juan came out today and did a thorough job of checking all the possible openings that a rat may be coming in the house. Even though it was an inspection only visit, he was kind enough to spend a little extra time working on the door to see if there was a way to fix it on my own. I am grateful for the assistance that he gave when he really didn't have to. Juan was caring and thorough. I will definitely use Harbor Pest Control in the future

We recently had our house tented for termites by Harbor Pest Control. We met with a representative beforehand who was very informative about the tenting procedure and preparations on our part. The house was tented and removed in 2 days and we were able to return but stayed away an extra night.We are very pleased with how professional and careful the employees were that installed and removed the tenting. No damage was done to the landscaping in front of the house (we have a lot plants and landscape decor) as well as the house itself.The tenting was done well and in a very professional manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Harbor Pest Control to anyone in need of having to tent their house for termites.

Had an any issue. I really tried to spray myself I am a fix it 1st type of homeowner. The ants where I live on the canyon is a different species. I couldn't get rid of them! Since we've sprayed the outside of our home, a week later I haven't seen an ant. The spiders are also gone as well. We signed up for the quarterly service.

Our Harbor Pest Control Technician is very knowledgeable, experienced, reliable and efficient in treating the various issues such as silverfish, centipedes, ants and rats. He has permanently kept the pests out for good. In addition, he is courteous and goes the extra mile, has gone out of his way. We have also had a termite problem and they made the whole process very easy for us, was flexible with the scheduling and the crew are employees of the company and not contractors, plus competitive price. The office staff have excellent customer service with a friendly staff who are very responsive to help you address and schedule a technician asap. We used Harbor Pest Control for a rodent (rat, yuck) problem when we started hearing weird noises coming from our attic... Juan came out, inspected, and we ended up going with their month long pest control deal where they came out twice a week. He was always on time and even texted giving a heads up that he was on his way each time. Super friendly guy who knew what he was doing and ultimately, the problem was gone after a couple weeks. I'd highly recommend Harbor and Juan specifically for anyone looking for quick, friendly and affordable pest/rodent control!

Kathy is awesome! She figure out our rat problem, we were dumbfounded and she solved the mystery. We had another pest company out before Kathy/Harbor Pest Control and they couldn't solve it. Kathy, also, took care of our roach and ant problem. All our unwanted house guests are gone. Kathy was truly a delight to work with, professional, sharp and friendly. We signed up for Harbor Pest Control termite inspection service shortly after moving to San Diego in 1968. They come out every year and check for termites. They have found subterranean termites several times and treated for them thoroughly and efficiently. We had cats and dogs that brought in fleas so signed up for their quarterly service and that has helped with the fleas. I have a friend that have used other services and it sounded to me like the other services were cheating her. I can always count on Harbor to give me a fair price and do a thorough job.

Harbor Pest Control is the one we use for our HOA. Annually they do a termite inspection for the entire complex. They are excellent working with the community due to the many work schedules etc. Very professional and knowledgeable. When I needed a termite inspection to satisfy the needs of the finance company when I refinanced it wasn't even a question when it came to who I would call. I would highly recommend this company if you need Pest Control Services.

We (Paul and Ann Walker) had an issue with a possum making a nest under the house and doing damage to some conduit under the house as well as other damage. Harbor Pest control people got rid of the pest, closed up openings, and did repairs to the damaged areas..At all times they were knowledgeable and professional. This is a family owned business that is a one stop shop for all pest needs and termites too! Good prices the techs are knowledgeable and friendly but most of all they do great work, they take the time to take care of your property not like those blow and go guys that sell services like girl scout cookies.... This rating is a 4+ as I have been pleased with Harbor for many years now. Occasionally I have small reminders about the treatments in my yard, but the staff are always listening and responding in a professional way. I have a large yard, a puppy, and lots of variety in plants. I have recently decided to try the more organic treatments. I am thankful that Harbor is providing a variety of options for yard treatment. They have also been helpful when animals cause problems. Thanks to much to Kathy, Shawn and all the office staff.
