Customer Service Representative

Full job description

This position is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in a friendly and timely manner. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This position is also responsible for managing various administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and accounts receivable.

Essential Duties

  • Answer phone and schedule appointments.
  • Review leads daily on the Company website and call potential customers to discuss service options and schedule initial appointments.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming emails in the Customer Service inbox.
  • Processing payments and credit cards.
  • Assisting with scanning, filing, organization, and record-keeping of Company documents.
  • Handle the collection of outstanding payments by calling and sending out invoices and statements.
  • Additional administrative duties may be assigned, such as maintaining schedules and assisting with company operations workflows.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in Excel preferred
  • ·Excellent time management skills
  • ·Highly organized and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to bend and lift up to 15 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to go up and down stairs
  • Use of keyboard and working on computer for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
