Full job description
This position is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in a friendly and timely manner. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This position is also responsible for managing various administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and accounts receivable.
Essential Duties
- Answer phone and schedule appointments.
- Review leads daily on the Company website and call potential customers to discuss service options and schedule initial appointments.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming emails in the Customer Service inbox.
- Processing payments and credit cards.
- Assisting with scanning, filing, organization, and record-keeping of Company documents.
- Handle the collection of outstanding payments by calling and sending out invoices and statements.
- Additional administrative duties may be assigned, such as maintaining schedules and assisting with company operations workflows.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in Excel preferred
- ·Excellent time management skills
- ·Highly organized and attention to detail
- Ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to bend and lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Must be able to push/pull up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to go up and down stairs
- Use of keyboard and working on computer for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
